The north lane of University Boulevard will open to westbound traffic at the end of the day on Tuesday, September 5.
The south lane will then close for crews to begin milling asphalt and preparing the road for cement.
University Boulevard construction update - June 9, 2023:
Effective Wednesday, June 14, the intersection of Estelle Street and University Boulevard will be closed for construction. The intersection is expected to reopen on or before Friday, June 30.
