1. Where are you located?

We are located at 3104 Carl Albert Drive in Durant, Oklahoma. We are inside the Durant Police Department, right off of State Hwy 69/75 at the Washington Ave Exit. We are south of Oklahoma Highway Patrol Headquarters and north of the Durant City Pool and Carl Albert Park.

2. How do I apply for a job in the Communications Division?

3. What are the hours of the Communication Center?

The Communication Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

4. Who do I call when my electricity goes out?

The communication center accepts calls for emergencies such as downed power lines, blown transformers, electrical fires, ambulance services related to power outage, and other emergencies that may arise.
Please call your electric company. The emergency or after hour numbers should be located on your monthly statement. If there is no answer or the lines are busy, they are most likely aware of the outages and are receiving multiple calls at the same time.

5. Is there any Animal Control for Bryan County?

Unfortunately there is not any animal control for the County of Bryan.
If you live in the city limits of Achille, Bennington, Bokchito, Caddo, Calera, or Colbert, contact the local Police Department for assistance with Animal Control.

6. Can you take a report over the phone?

Yes, a report can be taken over the phone, however we suggest that you speak with an officer in person to make the report.

7. How do I check the status of a warrant?

If you were issued a citation through a city municipality, please check with that individual city's court clerk.
